Consent to the processing of personal data

1. You hereby grant your consent to David Ellinger (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”):

The aforementioned personal data can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for the purpose of providing performance under the contract and for the purpose of recording the contract and any future exercise and defense of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties, communication with the website visitor via the contact form or email who agrees to the communication. This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 2 years from the implementation of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period or the termination of communication between both parties.

– request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,

This confidentiality continues even after the termination of the contractual relationship with us. We will also not release your data to any other third party without your consent.
